The Optris CoolingJacket Advanced is a versatile protective housing designed for optris infrared thermometers and cameras, enabling operation in high-temperature industrial environments. While infrared cameras will operate up to 315 °C (599 °F), pyrometers can withstand 250 °C (482 °F) ambient temperature. It features water cooling with optional protective windows, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of the sensors. The modular design allows for the easy integration of various devices and optics, while the quick-release chassis facilitates straightforward sensor maintenance. The extended version can incorporate additional components such as the PI NetBox, USB Server Gigabit, and Industrial Process Interface. The CoolingJacket Advanced is constructed from durable V2A material, offers an IP65 environmental rating, and includes an air purge to keep the infrared sensor's optics clean.
